I think the oldest issue of Tabletalk that I have is April of 87.
Been a fan for at least that long.
The magazine keeps getting better and better.
SDG!!! Keep up the great work

Al and Denita - It sounds like both of you staked out claims at the goldmine long before I arrived. What fine company to keep!

You may or may not know that today's Tabletalk magazine from Ligonier Ministries was named in honor of the published collection of Martin Luther's discourses around his dining table with other serious theologians of his day. Ligonier's publication is well worthy of the borrowed name.

These are some of the best, most thoughtful, readable, and comprehensible daily devotions and informative articles available to the Christian community in our time-- far superior to anything one might find in the average religious bookstore. A subscription is like the purchase of a goldmine for mere pennies. It is also a thoughtful gift with which to bless others.

Thanks, Daniel for highlighting this fine resource on your blog.
